Ministry Programs
A space for spiritual renewal, restoration, and Christ-centered community.
Welcome to the Ministry Arm of My Practice
Alongside my work as a licensed therapist, I offer a separate ministry space dedicated to spiritual formation, inner healing, and shared biblical community.
These gatherings are created with a shepherding heart places where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with God in a meaningful and restorative way.
Participation is always voluntary and open to anyone seeking spiritual growth, whether or not you are a current therapy client.
What This Ministry Offers
The Living Room Gathering

We engage God’s Word in a way that is both thoughtful and deeply personal — allowing room for conversation, questions, and shared reflection.
Each gathering includes:

Faith Based Workshops
These events are designed to nurture spiritual growth and provide practical tools for living out your faith with purpose and wholeness. Workshops may include themes such as:
Healing your story with God
Identity & purpose
Rest, rhythm, and renewal
Navigating life transitions with faith
Partnering with God in emotional healing
A Note on Boundaries & Ethics
Because I am both a licensed clinician and a minister of spiritual care, clarity matters. These ministry offerings are completely separate from mental health therapy.
This means:
No diagnoses are made
No treatment plans are created
No clinical notes are taken
No insurance is billed
Ministry activities are spiritual, not therapeutic
If you are a therapy client, you are welcome to participate, and I will clearly distinguish between my role as your therapist and my role as a ministry leader.
My heart is to care for you well — ethically, spiritually, and compassionately.
Why I Offer These Programs
I believe God brings healing to the whole person — body, mind, soul, and spirit. Through years of walking with individuals in both clinical and pastoral settings, I’ve seen the power of integrating emotional health with spiritual formation.
These ministry spaces create room for:
Encountering God’s love
Finding rest and restoration
Deepening faith
Receiving encouragement
Building meaningful Christian community
They complement (but do not replace) the work we do in therapy.
